Application Checklist

In order to insure the timely processing of you application to rent, please make sure you have completed all of the following:

1. One application for each adult over the age of 18 years.
2. Social security number listed.
3. Drivers license number listed. Copy of I.D. attached.
4. A current telephone/message number listed on application.
5. Complete present / past addresses listed with city & zip codes.
6. Complete present / past owners / managers name and telephone numbers.
7. Complete present / past employers information listed.
8. S.S.I. – A.F.D.C. – Disability – Proof of income attached.
9. Apt. # and apartment address listed on application.
10. Application has “signature.”
11. Application fee attached = $40.00 each applicant.
